PAC is partnering with OEM Partners to commercialize its technology. PAC will supply the ZAFC to the OEM who will assemble the end-user product and distribute/service it through its already existing distribution network. The zinc fuel can be supplied by the Zinc Producers to the OEM, who can distribute the zinc fuel and electrolyte through its normal wholesale/retail outlets. The spent fuel can be collected through the same network and sent to a central recycling site for recycling into new fuel.

Partnering with OEM will reduce the time to commercialize PAC's technology by leveraging their:

• market intelligence, specifications requirements,
  systems integration, and product development expertise;
• customer base for field trials and feedback;
• design, certification, and regulatory expertise;
• marketing, sales, distribution, installation, and
  service capabilities.
