H Dean Haley

Chairman and Chief Operating Officer

Dean has served as Executive Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Power Air since September 2005. He is also the founder of the HDH Group, a technology acquisition and development company based in New York, and has been the Chairman and CEO of Power Air Tech, Inc. since 1999. From 1995 through 1999, Dean served as a Division Vice President of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. in New York. Prior executive postings included his serving as the founder and President of Compass Resources, Inc. from 1996 to 1999, and as a former executive with Bechtel from 1980 to 1995. Over a highly accomplished career spanning nearly three decades, Dean has focused on acquiring or developing new technologies and technology companies offering products and services to the power and energy industries.
